Anonymous whispered, I'm sick of starving myself, and not even losing weight from it. What do you think is a good like diet or a specific excercise to lost weight. I'm 68 kilos, which is too much. I am determined to lose it, i just need to find out how.

… please don’t :’( their are other ways! i’m your weight too :’) your not fat though. your just chubby - in a good way! i don’t know. i was going to do it last month, but everything became to stressfull. maybe get up at 5, and go for a run? do some pilatee’s, eat some fruit and vegtetabes as snack, spoil yourself with yoghurt for desert! just don’t starve, keep the determination! x
